How to View the Items

There are different ways to browse through the items we have displayed here. First, you should choose the category you would like to display. Our products are divided into six categories – Cut Crystal, Bohemian Glass, Crystal Chandeliers, Italian Crystal, Czech Porcelain and Garnet Jewelry.

Once you select desired category, product and décor menus will appear just under the large category picture at the upper side of your screen. For example, when you select category “Cut Crystal”, the product menu will appear where you can select among vases, bowls, boxes, baskets, trays, glasses, tumblers, decanters, perfume bottles, candlesticks, ashtrays and gifts in six various cut or painted decors, which will appear in the décor menu. Décor menu appears right under the product menu and as described above, it contains six various decors or lines to choose from - Traditional Cut, Pinwheel Cut, Contemporary Cut, Gold Paint Enamel, Colored Cut Crystal and Art-Nouveau Crystal.

How to Get Detailed Item Information

If you want more detailed information about an item while you are browsing, click on the thumbnail picture, and a larger version of the same picture will appear on your screen.

Information regarding the item will appear on the right-hand side of the screen including volume, height, price and drop down menu, which allows you to select a desired size or desired product (if there is more products on one picture). You can also change the quantity here.

The next step is to place your order.

How to Order

To order an item, get the detailed information about it (see detailed information) and then click on “To Shopping Cart” button and then simply follow instructions on your screen. Once in shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or proceed to “Shipping And Payment” page, where you will be prompted to select a destination country, shipping option and method of payment.

When done, you can either go back to your shopping cart or proceed to “Delivery Details” page, where you can fill in your contact information and shipping address. Last step is to click on “Go To Order Summary” button and review and finalize your order.

Is this genuine Bohemian glass and crystal?

Yes, this is the real McCoy. We are one of the largest glass and crystal exporters in the Czech Republic. You can see our products in many stores in your hometown.

Can I ship as a gift to a different address [friend, family member, colleague]?

Yes, you surely can. If you wish to use different shipping address, you can do that when you get to "Delivery Details" screen, where you can fill in billing address and also shipping address, which can be different. You can even ship to a different country.


How do I get to "Delivery Details" screen?

While at shopping cart, click on "Go to Shipping And Payment" button. You will be prompted to fill in destination country and method of shipping and also method of payment. When done, click on "Go To Delivery Details" button, where you can fill in full shipping address and also a billing address, if different from the shipping address.

If these are the same items that I can buy in stores at home, why should I buy on the Web?

In a word, cost. Compare what you have to pay for Bohemian glass and crystal at home, and you will see a huge difference with the prices that we offer here.

If this is genuine Bohemian glass and crystal, why is it so inexpensive?

The reason we can offer these items for such a low price is because they go directly from us to you, the customer. The only extra cost you have to pay is for the service of having our glass and crystal delivered directly to your door. By buying directly from us, you cut out all of the other charges that add to the cost of items, without adding to the value of them. Specifically, you cut out the costs and mark-ups associated with normal retailing.

What is the difference between glass and crystal?

The main difference is the lead content. Glass is composed of sodium and potassium. We use glass for our famous hand-painted pieces. With a variety of techniques, we can also produce glass in a number of pleasing colors and shades.

Crystal is also composed of sodium, but in addition, it contains silicone, and has a lead content of 10-24, sometimes 30%. The lead makes the glass heavier and, most importantly, the lead changes the refraction index of the item, which makes it appear brighter and cleaner. Because the refraction index is higher and lead crystal is not as brittle as standard glass, it is possible to make deeper and more complicated cuts in crystal.

Can I order items other than in whole boxes?

Our shipping department is unable to fill orders other than in quantities that are listed in the ordering section of this site. Boxes must be shipped full.

How much will the shipping cost?

Naturally, this depends where you are ordering from. We have two shipping options. FedEx Priority for those who want their items quickly, and FedEx Economy for people who are more budget-minded. Your shipping cost will always be shown to you at the “Shipping And Payment” page before you place your order.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

That depends on where you live and which shipping option you choose. Customers for whom speed is important should use FedEx Express, and the more budget-minded consumer should use FedEx Economy. If I want to send glass or crystal as a gift, what do I need to do?   

Just click on “Add a new address” button at “Delivery Details” page and fill in different shipping address. Which shipping companies do you use?    We use FedEx Priority, FedEx economy and air-cargo shipping options. What happens if some of my items arrive broken?

Your items will be replaced, free of charge (no, you will not even have to pay for extra shipping)

Is it possible to know where my packages are after they have been shipped?

Yes, if you have your items shipped by FedEx. After an order is received that is to be shipped by FedEx, a tracking number is assigned. This number will be sent to you via email. All you have to do to track the progress of your package is go to the FedEx Page, enter your tracking number, and you will be told immediately where your package is.

What happens if my mailed goods require duty?

Packages sent internationally through the United States Postal Service (USPS) that do not pass free of duty will have a yellow Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Mail Entry form (CBP 3419A), attached to the outer wrapper.

A CBP Officer will have already filled out this form with the item's tariff classification number, rate of duty, processing fee, and the total amount that must be paid in order to take possession of the shipment.

You should keep this yellow form until you are certain that you intend to keep the merchandise.

CBP then sends the parcel back to the United States Postal Service, (USPS) which sends it to a local post office for delivery.

Note: Most personal shipments worth up to $800, and gift packages worth up to $100, will pass duty-free as long as the recipient does not receive multiple packages in a single day whose cumulative value is more than these amounts.

Which currency will I use to pay for my items?   

All of our international business dealings are done in American Dollars. All prices listed here are therefore also in American Dollars.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and AMEX.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, shopping with us is safe because we use a secure (SSL) connection, which is an industrial standard.

Your crystal arrived broken?

In this rare and unfortunate case, your items will be immediately replaced at no additional cost. You will just need to let us know and fill in the damage report with your local Fedex office.

Is my package covered by insurance?

Each item bought at crystal-treasury.com is covered by full insurance. If your package gets damaged or lost, Crystal Online CZ s.r.o. will ship a free replacement.

However, Crystal Online CZ s.r.o. will not be responsible for damage of defects that occur to glass or crystal items after they are delivered to you.


Do you offer replacements and exchanges?

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. All you need to do is to contact your local FedEx office and fill in damage report with them and e-mail us some pictures with brief description of what has happened. In such a case, we ship the replacement without hesitation.

If you would like to exchange an item for another, just e-mail us and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I return items I bought?

You may return any item bought at crystal-treasury.com within 30 days of delivery and you will receive a full refund.

When will I get my refund?

Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after returned package is received. We will simply refund the money back to your credit card. But first, you need to return your crystal within 30 days.


How Do I Return Items Ordered?

You can return any item bought at crystal-treasury.com. 
First, let us know by e-mail that you would like to return the item. Then you need to prepare your package. Pack the item securely to make sure it is not going to get damaged during transportation. Ideally, use the original product packaging. If you do not have it, use a sturdy box and wrap the glass or crystal tightly in packing bubbles and paper. Make sure you pack the crystal securely ant that it does not move in the box, as this could cause the damage.
