Rates and Policies

Shipping company

We have been using various shipping companies in the past, but ten years ago we decided to stick with FedEx. We have very good experience with this company, as they offer fast service and good prices to us. Also, they take good care of the packages and damage rate is very low. Basically, we offer FedEx Priority and FedEx Economy Mail. Except FedEx, we also offer regular postal service and air or sea cargo for wholesale customers.

Shipping rates

We have affordable shipping fees, which include full insurance in case the package gets damaged or lost. Shipping fee depends on the weight and size of the package, and also on the destination country. You will see the shipping fees when you proceed from your shopping cart to the “Shipping And Payment” page. Once there, you will be prompted to select a destination country and shipping option.

Shipping time

That depends on the destination of the package and also on selected shipping option. FedEx Priority Mail takes from 3 to 5 days, Economy Mail about a week.

Shipping to a different address

If you wish to send a gift to a family member or a friend, you can do that even if he or she lives in another country. In order to enter different shipping address, go to "Delivery Details" screen, where you can fill in your billing address and also shipping address you wish to use.

And how you get to the "Delivery Details" screen? While at shopping cart, click on "Go to Shipping And Payment" button. You will be prompted to fill in destination country and method of shipping and also method of payment. When done, click on "Go To Delivery Details" button and you are there. 

Customs, Taxes and Duties

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and/or some other fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such customs duties, taxes and/or fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. All additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Crystal Online CZ s.r.o. has no control over these charges and cannot, know or predict what they may be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office to get more information on the subject.

Please know the international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs office.

Taxes and Duties in the USA

Most personal shipments worth up to $800, and gift packages worth up to $100, will pass duty-free as long as the recipient does not receive multiple packages in a single day whose cumulative value is more than these amounts.

And what happens if my mailed goods require duty?

Packages sent internationally through the United States Postal Service (USPS) that do not pass free of duty will have a yellow Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Mail Entry form (CBP 3419A), attached to the outer wrapper.

A CBP Officer will have already filled out this form with the item's tariff classification number, rate of duty, processing fee, and the total amount that must be paid in order to take possession of the shipment.

You should keep this yellow form until you are certain that you intend to keep the merchandise.

CBP then sends the parcel back to the United States Postal Service, (USPS) which sends it to a local post office for delivery.

Tracking Your Package

FedEx Tracking

A tracking number is assigned to each package shipped by FedEx. Tracking number will be emailed to you. All you need to do is to visit the FedEx tracking page and enter your tracking number there, and you will see where your package is right away.

Broken Items

Your crystal arrived broken?

In this rare and unfortunate case, your items will be immediately replaced at no additional cost. You will just need to let us know and fill in the damage report with your local Fedex office.

Each item bought at crystal-treasury.com is covered by full insurance. If your package gets damaged or lost, Crystal Online CZ s.r.o. will ship a free replacement.

However, Crystal Online CZ s.r.o. will not be responsible for damage of defects that occur to glass or crystal items after they are delivered to you.

Return policy

Can I return items I bought?

You may return any item bought at crystal-treasury.com within 30 days of delivery and you will receive a full refund.

When will I get my refund?

Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after returned package is received. We will simply refund the money back to your credit card. But first, you need to return your crystal within 30 days.

Do you offer replacements and exchanges?

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. All you need to do is to contact your local FedEx office and fill in damage report with them and e-mail us some pictures with brief description of what has happened. In such a case, we ship the replacement without hesitation.

How To Return Items You Ordered

You can return any item bought at crystal-treasury.com. 
First, let us know by e-mail that you would like to return the item. Then you need to prepare your package. Pack the item securely to make sure it is not going to get damaged during transportation. Ideally, use the original product packaging. If you do not have it, use a sturdy box and wrap the glass or crystal tightly in packing bubbles and paper. Make sure you pack the crystal securely ant that it does not move in the box, as this could cause the damage.

If the order is valued at $100 USD or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
