High enamel cut crystal decanters, carafes and jugs

High enamel raised flower paint is one of our most well-known and traditional techniques. First, a cut crystal piece is painted with gold paint. The paint is made of real 18 KT gold. Then, the decanters are fired at a temperature of 560 degrees Celsius. After the firing, a paint made from ground-down porcelain and other additives is used. Relief paints, and the shaping of the designs (usually flowers) takes place at this point.

After a second firing, more relief paints are used to add the final details. After each coat of relief paint, the crystal must be fired again. Sometimes the piece has to be fired four times.

Select from various shapes and decors of decanters, carafes and jugs we have to offer in this line.
